How to contact ClearScore

If you want to contact ClearScore to fix something in your report, you should remember that ClearScore can't actually fix errors in your credit report. It gets the data from Equifax, one of the UK's main credit reference agencies (alongside Experian and TransUnion).

This means that if you spot anything odd in your ClearScore credit report, you should actually get in touch with Equifax.

The good news is that you can get in touch with Equifax straight from your ClearScore account:

  • Go to the ClearScore dispute page.
  • You'll be asked, "What is your query about?"
  • Select "My credit report information".
  • Then, below, choose which part of your credit report needs to be corrected.
  • If you've verified your email address with ClearScore, they'll send your message to Equifax.

How do I contact ClearScore for anything else?

If you want to contact them to make a complaint or anything else unrelated to your Equifax credit report, ClearScore offers a few options to get in touch with them:

  • On their website: you can use the "chat bubble" on the ClearScore help page. This is their preferred way.
  • By phone: you can call ClearScore's office number 0207 582 8212, toll-free. You won't be able to actually talk to them live, though. The way it works is you leave a voice message, and they get back to you.
  • You can email them at [email protected].
  • You can even send them a letter at: ClearScore Technology Ltd, 47 Durham Street, London, England SE11 5JA, UK.
